The bed was very comfortable during my stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleaning staff was rude when I asked about breakfast options, which were already limited. Additionally, the juice machine malfunctioned, serving only water. I felt uncomfortable when I overheard derogatory comments about my daughter and me in Spanish, and the staff should be more professional and respectful, especially in a guest-facing role.
